I had a brilliant experience getting diamond earrings made at the Diamond Factory in Hatton Garden. On my first visit, Walid helped me choose the right option with great knowledge and honesty, which really reassured me. When I returned a few weeks later to collect them, Jasmine and Burcu looked after me. They were lovely to speak with, made me feel comfortable, and the whole experience felt personal and special. The earrings were even completed earlier than expected and they look beautiful. I’m really happy with both the service and the final result.

Burcu was amazing in explaining the products that are available to fit our needs, so much so that we made an order on our first visit given her presentation of which she explained everything to a tee. She took the time and effort to listen and work around the design and the clarity that was a perfect fit for my partner.

The rings were ordered on 30/11/25 and collected on 20/12/25, perfectly in time for us to renew our wedding vows on Christmas Eve. Absolutely amazing. First, the website is crystal clear and easy to use. You need to know a bit about diamonds and grading agencies, but it is laid out well and comprehensively. Communication was outstanding throughout - customer service was exceptional. I ordered the pendant, and learned I would be out of town when it was supposed to be delivered. Elena responded to my questions, worked a new delivery date, and stayed with me throughout- she emailed daily, did everything she said she would do, and kept me informed throughout the process. Somehow she got the pendant here 10 days early and ultimately a day sooner than expected. It went PERFECTLY. I have grown accustomed in the age of the internet to being ignored, lied to, ghosted… this was an incredibly attentive team who really worked hard for me AFTER THE PURCHASE. I am so excited- the pendant arrived beautifully packaged, a classy box and all supporting documentation. I am so pleased!! Highly recommended.
