Teya made my experience great I gave her a breakdown on what I wanted and I chose the first ring she was super helpful and kept me up to date with the process I think I was a lil crazy messaging her all the time about the ring but she did put me at ease and told me that I was not crazy I just wanted to know the progress as does any bride when they are waiting for their ring she was amazing throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend her she also saw us with no appointment the first time as we didn't know we needed one she was also good enough to fit us in she was amazing with me to be fair very friendly and down to earth truly put me and my now husband at ease . The ladies were very helpful, and they listened to what we wanted. also they didn't come out of the store to try and get us to come in, unlike two other establishments in the area, which made us feel uncomfortable. We would highly recommend visiting this place for the friendliness and the purchasing.

I asked for a 1 carrot diamond for my engagement ring, got a 1.3 carrot diamond. I checked with a jeweller using the certificate they gave me, and it is a legitimate 1.3 carrot diamond. Also the prices are very cheap compared to the market but the quality is super high, and the most customization we have seen when shopping around, we checked a lot of websites, they have the customization options and variety of engagement rings. Small piece of criticism: I wish you could zoom into the photos when you are customising your ring

Bought this beautiful necklace for my granddaughters 18th birthday, she was so happy with it. Only one comment that the chain was quite short. My fault as I should have read the description properly.

I purchased a ring for my partner, online. The photos online were excellent and the description detail of the ring was well laid out especially in respect of the 4Cs of the diamonds. I collected my purchase from the Diamonds Factory in Liverpool (for some reason not available in the location drop down tab below). The ring was available two days earlier than advised and Carmen was efficient, professional and courteous both in the advice regarding insurance and possible re-sizing; and in the packaging of my purchase.

My husband purchased a beautiful lab grown diamond ring for me last December. It was a great positive experience and I would recommend The Diamond Factory for such a rare considered purchase. It’s not every day you buy a diamond ring (well not in my world) so it has to be right. Brook in the Newcastle shop, guided us through the process and explained that lab grown diamonds are real diamonds. Even jewellers find it difficult to tell the difference between natural and lab grown diamonds. I was able to get a larger diamond because the big difference is the price. I got a 1.55 ct which was beyond my wildest dreams. If you are looking to buy make an appointment and check them out - you won’t regret it.

Purchase 2 x wedding rings and Engagement ring. We are extremely happy with the quality of all the rings supplied. Customer service from Elena in store was great from start to finish, she was very patient and took time to advise and help us find the perfect rings for us. Engagement ring needed to be resized slightly due to the combination of wedding & engagement ring, and this was done over Xmas and NY period, it took a few weeks, but we were made aware of this in advance and it was not a problem for us. Overall a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend. Things I learned which may help future customers; - do a little homework before visiting/shopping (lab grown vs. mined, 5 c's, preference for different types of rings, diamond certification). Their own website is in itself a helpful resource, but it really helps if you have a rough idea of what you like to start ! - visit in person if possible, rings can look very different on the hand than they do on a screen ! - what's important to you, I wanted a combination of personal service and value for money....sometimes you pay for retailer markup and fancy facilities instead of the actual quality and spec of rings ! - give yourself plenty of lead time between choosing and proposal in case of delay.
