I wanted to purchase my Girlfriend something special so that whenever she looks at it she’s reminded of how special she is too me.. I came across the Diamond Factory and right from the start I found the communication, prices and process to be fantastic, my Girlfriend absolutely loves the ring and the detailed communication that was sent to us along the way whilst waiting for the ring to arrive.

Mahel was so amazing in showing us engagement rings. He was professional and knowledgeable and it is very obvious he takes great pride in his work. It was such a friendly and lovely interaction and the selection of rings shown were beautiful. He did a great job in showing what best suited my sister and even showed wedding bands that would help to compliment it. The shop itself is lovely and the jewellery on offer is breath taking. Excited to see the final result!

Ordered earrings for my sisters 60th birthday,got an email saying 4 weeks I didn’t realise it was my mistake emailed back saying date I needed them and they arrived in plenty of time. Earrings were stunning too 🤩

My wife had an idea of a larger diamond. The sales man could have taken our money. But he was more concerned with my wife being happy with her ring so he advised she got a smaller diamond. She's delighted with it. (It's still almost too big 😄)
